Challenge

The old website made it difficult for Territorians to find accurate election information quickly.

Complex navigation created confusion during key election periods, and inconsistent layouts hindered readability. Mobile usability was poor, making it challenging for remote and regional users. Content publishing limitations slowed urgent updates, while accessibility issues risked excluding community members. A modernised, user-centred platform was essential for improving trust and simplifying voter engagement.

Our solution

We created a clear, mobile-first platform that makes election information faster to access and easier to understand.

Our team streamlined how voters locate enrolment details, upcoming elections, and candidate resources. We built modular components for publishing announcements, results, and updates in real time. The new interface prioritises clarity, accessibility, and public trust, supporting staff with a flexible, scalable content system while helping the community engage confidently with the democratic process.
